Sophie Ryan is an experienced journalist and iSelect spokesperson. She’s passionate about helping Australians to save time, effort and money. 

She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of the Sunshine Coast and provides advice on how Aussies can save on their household bills and expenses, including health insurance and energy.  

Sophie is regularly quoted in the media, including Seven News, Nine News and Sunrise. She’s also contributed articles for popular websites and publications including Kidspot and Money Magazine.  

A born and raised Queenslander, when she’s not writing or being interviewed by various media outlets, Sophie loves spending time at the beach.
